eqmlista: большое спасибо за подборку. Но у меня вопрос. Как вы получили параметры этих моделей, каким образом. Я например, не считаю себя начинающим электронщиком, как-никак 45 лет этим занимаюсь, но в книге описано всё как бы само собою разумеющееся, как будто мы учились в американских университетах. Все параметры явно не сходятся с "отечественными". Или я что-то не до понимаю?

Aml: Параметры модели и параметры компонентов (из справочника) - это разные параметры. Естественно, что они не сходятся. В идеале параметры модели получают по набору характеристик (зависимостей) компонента. В реалиях - приближенно, используя вместо зависимости одну точку.

eqmlista: Ещё один вопрос. В параметрах моделей почти всех транзисторов, которые есть в библиотеке МС, как правило достаточно округлённые значения, а в предложенных Вами параметрах отечественных транзисторов много знаков после запятой. Как это критично, если их округлить?

Aml: Я думаю, некритично. Знаки после запятой, скорее всего, дает встроенный оптимизатор Микрокапа, который по характеристикам рассчитывает параметры моделей.

ПАПА: В глаза бросаются очень большие коэффициенты усиления BF и емкости CJE и CJC в сравнении со справочниками. Про другие параметры не скажу, т.к. не знаю что с чем сравнивать.

Арам: lintech Здраствуйте, у меня такой вопрос Модели диода и стабилитрона в микрокэп одинаковы по списку параметров Но в справочниках для диодов и стабилитронов они разные допустим у меня есть справочные параметры стабилитрона КС119А по каким формулам мне вычислить все параметры модели, что прописать в Микрокэп? заранее спасибо
